Guggulsterones: A type of plant sterol that can help lower cholesterol levels and triglycerides in the blood. Guggulsterones also help the body convert cholesterol into bile acids, which can help remove excess cholesterol through feces.
Quercetin: A flavonoid found in the flowers of Commiphora mukul.
Steroids: Commiphora mukul is the only species that produces nine cholestane steroids and eleven pregnane steroids.
Amino acids: Alcohol extracts of Commiphora mukul contain various amino acids.
