The primary ingredient in

Acorus calamus has a long history of use in traditional medicine and is believed to have various health benefits, including:
- Pain relief: It has been used as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent to relieve pain and reduce swelling.
- Digestion: Digestive support is believed to improve digestion and relieve digestive complaints such as bloating, gas, and indigestion.
- Antioxidant properties: It has been shown to have antioxidant properties, which may help protect the body from damage caused by free radicals.

- Rheumatoid arthritis and stroke: Acorus calamus has been used in traditional medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis and stroke, but there is limited scientific evidence to support these claims. While some preliminary studies have suggested that the Acorus calamus may have anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, more research is needed to confirm its effectiveness and safety in treating these conditions.
- Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease: Acorus calamus has been used in traditional medicine to treat Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, but there is limited scientific evidence to support these claims.
